1.  Microplast in the Ukraine has stopped manufacturing the Microplast injection molding machines, due to the ongoing war.

We have a limited stock of these machines, and use them every day to mold our products (guitar picks and bottle openers).

2. The Microplast extrusion molding process, provides excellent part molding control by filling the mold at fast feeding speed to approximately 95% of cavity fill, and then packing at an adjustable slower screw speed.  Mold filling cycle is controlled by adjustable time and screw speeds.  An optional HPR (High Pressure Ram) is available to provide constant throat pressure for hard to feed materials.
